i don't like it.
looks too streamlined and not raw as a racecar should be. especially at the rear.
those lights look better on the panamera.

Only thing I dont like is the bulbous looking Ram air intake. The rest looks great.
A bit down on power, but light enough.

to me, the 991 is a luxury car. so this is a luxury racing car, not a sports racing car.
it's like when you look at an sls gt3 or db9 gt3, i think what is the point?
that's just me though, i'm just not aligned with the way the world is going.

Good point and I agree. It's possible that the RS will be a true sports car still...

Luxury racing car? Sorry jimmy, that's a real stretch just to get in another gratuitous dig at the 991.

James, you know that we ride on the same old-school bus, but, I have to agree with Mike on this one.
They work with what they have from the production line.

They are keeping the brilliant motor, ditched all sci-fi genre related BS, took advantage of the better geometry and increased dimensions. I think it's looking good and will kick a@@ on track.

It's still an evolution, not a revolution.

Now, if only they had kept that same spirit preparing the street 991s..

Widebody available already - C4S has it, unsure about C4.
