I'm done as I cut a rear tire on a blown corvette motor, 2nd time that has happened
At least it was the end of the day so it was not all lost. Got down to a slow 2:15.1 on bone stock suspension on street tires and sure I could have run a 2:14 tomorrow morning in the cooler weather. All in all I am happy as the last time I was at VIR I stuffed the GT2 into the tires. Got to meet Grady and FFaust so I can now put faces to some more Rennlisters.

First time at VIR.
First time out, obviously didn't know the track, and was concerned about not holding up anyone, so driving watching the rearview. Put two wheels off at T4 cause it caught me off guard while I had a couple of fast cars on my tail. I had never put two wheels off before, oops.
Only did one lap before the black flag came out for a Vette clean up. First thought was... "Oh F***, I want my mommy".
Went out with Clarke for a couple, until he spewed coolant/water from the right side rad (the Glen was the left side). Now I had at least a bit of a clue.
Slowly getting the hang of it. This is an incredible facility, there's a great mix of cars, and the weather is spectacular.
Doing 2:20's for now.
