I don't know about you guys, I don't spend much (if any) time staring at the center of my dash when I'm driving, either on the road or track. So, from a driver's perspective, it doesn't affect me one way or another, and thus, if it's on a car I'm interested in, it provides exactly that amount of added value to the bottom line.
Now, if it made expresso and I could sip it like Jean Girard while on the track, one handed and flashing the peace sign at the same time, THAT could be worth some cash.

I keep telling you, 996 GT3 is the most fun GT3 to drive, not the fastest, but it can be made very fast, then there is no reason for 3.8 or 4.0 overpriced stuff.
