LOL...no it was a premature sig post...3.9, Dampers, RSS bits, coolant hose fix, cup cables, guard, motor mounts....just about everything you could think of.

Nice!

I just did the Coolant Welds, Cup Car Cables and Rennline Engine Mounts in my car.

I have a friend that has the 3.9 in his 2500lb 996GT3, sweet car!

Enjoy the new mods

I see you have a sunroof delete on your car, is that happening? or done? What did you do/are you doing? full roof skin or just the sunroof area?

The roof will be done when it gets back along with some other things....the roof is not hard at all. I've done it to a 993, which is much more pain staking...997 is just one panel and pretty cheap for just the part. Easy by comparison.

Are you doing OEM skin or other? I have been going back and forth on changing the skin on mine. Just looking for another point of view.

Yes, complete street car stripped, and then CF RSR body kit from Getty installed. Only Metal is rockers and I think the A Pillar. runs 295F and 365R Michelin N1 Slicks. It just had a 997 Cup Sequential Shifter installed.

Are you concerned with drilling out the factory rivets? and redoing the new skin...obviously not. I thought about just putting in a CF or FG piece to replace the sunroof section.

Rob, I am pulling your leg. It makes total sense for a rebuild.

Besides a 3.8-3.9-4l kit is always nice especially if you also remove 300-400 pounds from the 3.
