Cheating Validated !!!
Paul's RS 3.8 has a shorter 4th, 5th and 6th gear, the ratios are amazing for Sebring.
3rd gear is stock.
4th gear is getting to 124mph at 8400rpm when it should reach 134mph
5th is getting to 138mph at 7900rpm when it should reach 153mph
6th is getting to 147mph at 7600rpm when it should reach 177mph
Given the new maximum top speed from Paul's car (165mph in 6th gear), he would run out of 6th at Daytona.
Very likely Gavin took the 1.06 5th gear and placed it in 6th, added just 2 new gears for 4th and 5th, and the results are amazing.
I would like to watch a drag race out of T16 between the 4.0RS and Paul's 3.8RS with Akra+Tune+re-gear, my bet is on Paul's car taking the lead over the 4.0RS

Makes me want to scream, but he's pulling impressive lap times for the grip. OMG, I go into a seizure if I watch that long enough...

Your 450Hp manual tranny GT3 RS 3.8 is getting to 150mph between T16 and T17, on this weather, and your rear wing at 150mph produces a lot of drag.
My Scuderia with the same exit speeds out of T16, a faster transmission, no drag created by a super size rear wing, and almost 200 lbs lighter than your 3.8 GT3 RS reached 148-151mph at the event last month on a little colder conditions.
Randy's 3.8 GT3 RS is getting 141-143 mph on the same section.
My Playstation simulator says you have gained somewhere in the neighborhood of 75 Hp.
Talk now or I will submit a request for a tear down in the good spirit of the DE Cup.

Ok, just for the record, I have changed nothing on my car since February. Except for going from PCCB's to PFC rotors and pads. In my mind the biggest thing has been being at Sebring 5 of the six past weekends. Learned a lot of car control, and finally able to bring what has been untapped potential from the car out.
Again, whatever hp/gearing/suspension/tire/wheel/Mojo/cheater adjustments occurred were there when I was getting my doors blown off...
Careful study of you guys at Winterfest has helped a lot, but the seat time has been the primary agent of change IMHO.....
I would love to be there this weekend, just pretty sure it is impossible.

The more comfortable Paul gets with his new suspension, stick tires, gears and so forth and more seat time and his corner speeds will go even higher and he's really going to see straight away speeds. Gears, best race suspension, super sticky tires...great driving Paul!

So to me a lot of wing, and its associated alleged "drag", is well worth it. And data shows this.

Paul, you're not coming clean just yet. Your 3.8 is 200 lbs heavier than my Fiat, my Fiat is supposedly more powerful, as fast as you can shift, you cannot shift faster than Fiat F1 SuperFast2 (60 ms), my car is more sleek through the air.
On the video below I'm running on Pirelli DH tires. Our exit speed out of T16 is similar.
Look at my video at the 8:00 minutes mark
Now look at yours at the 11:30 minutes mark
I exit T16 1 mph faster and go flat from there, you exit 1 mph slower and end up 2 mph faster (my 149 mph vs. your 151 mph).
If I add 200 lbs to my fiat, and slower shifting, I would not reach more than 146mph, and my car is making up to 466whp, from a 4.3 V8 with a little more torque.
That's it, I'm filing a protest and request for tear down to the DE Cup board of governors. My Playstation simulator says your car is running over 500whp, but I don't have the v2.0 simulator that includes calculations for re-gearing.
By the way, great driving around Sebring, so relaxed and still bullying Izzone, love the video name too.
