Pure speculation and the wing is a question mark based on spy photos but fun to speculate....

the new 991 looks great however when parked next to a 997 it looks GTR big..... not a big deal, but the 997 really has a cool size portion to the eye when compared to new 991.....

Well it's 176.8" verses 175.6" overall so 1.2" longer. I'm focused on the fact that high-level Porsche race engineers have been begging for a longer wheelbase and wider front track for some time, and the fact that it will be lighter than the current GT3.

All I am hoping is that this new 991 platform will make Porsche more competitive against the 458. Plus I ain't buying it untill they race the 991 for let's say four years, so I may skip a generation. That is just me. Love how it looks though.

My feeling is that the 991 GT cars will look visually stunning as will be their performance! The question on most peoples' minds here will likely be based around what they shove between those huge rear wheels... The engine / trans combo....

The RS Spyder was competitive right out of the box. Would expect that the 991 will be as well.
