Toque spec for the normal bolts, front and rear on the:
996 GT3 cup - 85 newton meter
997 GT3 cup - 73 newton meter
But that is not for the studs, although possibly that is just a labelling error on the 997 cup list, it does not make sense to change (reduce) a torque spec on an M12 bolt - unless it is reduced on the 997 because of the M10 section of the stud.
I suggest you ask Roger when you order from Orbit what to use as a torque spec, and post it here - enquiring minds want to know.

How the H do you get the bleeping rear pads out of the caliper with the GD wear sensors installed and that spring the wires are trapped in appears to have been snapped into the caliper by the hammer of Thor ... There's no free play to get the darn sensor wire loose enough to pry out of the pads ...
Once I've removed them once and tied off the sensor wires, I'm sure changes will be easier ... but I'm stymied right now ...

Update - well thanks mikymu for the DIY which showed I just needed to try harder to angle the pads so as to get a screwdriver in to pry the sensor out. Done ... what a PITA ! The sensors are now securely tie wrapped to the UCA and will bother me no more !
Once I've removed them once and tied off the sensor wires, I'm sure changes will be easier ... but I'm stymied right now ...
Help !!!

As Randy says, use a small flat head screwdriver and slowly work it out of its spot. You can also use needle nose pliers. Once removed, zip tie to suckers out of the way for good!

Thanks guys - my problem was that at first I couldn't see how to get a screwdriver in to where the sensor was in order to do the prying ... the picture from mikymu's DIY was worth 1000 words ... showed me its doable and I just needed to retry and fiddle with it until I could get it.
The sensors are safely tie-wrapped to the upper control arm never to bother me again !
