we love kangaroos! we take pictures of them, not bbq them!
not many restaurant serve kangaroo, only a touristy one would do that.
there are better things to eat...australia is very multicultural, and as a result
you can pretty much get whatever food you want.
trax: not many tracks here, mostly closing down for housing development.
sydney: eastern creek, wakefield park.
melbourne: philip island, sandown
brisbane: queensland raceway
adelaide: mallala raceway
eastern creek runs a radical sr-3 program once a month, that would be the best way to do that track.
porsche sport driving school has a program running from queensland raceway, but you have to do 3 levels of introductory stuff to get to gt3, which would be a very tedious, time-consuming, and $$$'s exercise
