Car looks fantastic - not sure about the 197mph in 3 miles ?

A stock GT2RS did 196mph in 1.5 miles on the airstrip, I presume there were were some bends on this road

Don't suppose you did any data logging during these high speed runs to show what is happening real world in those engines ?

Regarding the clients black 997 World Challenge GT2 which ran the open road race .

We were not present at the event, it was held in Idaho. The road does have some bends in it and and is held at altitude the speed recorded was an average not a terminal top speed.

I will post some pictures of that 997 WC-GT2 in another thread.

690hp? I thought the turbos were similar to the .1 Gt2 and .2 tts?

Can you note the diffrences between the .1GT2 turbos and the RS ?

Im confused..

Doubt very much it was an average, it would take around a mile to hit that speed from a stand still, maybe an average over the distance of the speed traps maybe 5 metres apart ?

So was it a terminal top speed or not

Standing miles to accelerate . 2 miles to make the run. Then shut down . The speed recorded was average over the 2 miles. Fun stuff and from what I am told and one hell of a ride

Heres is a video of the GT2Rs exhaust :

Enjoy

The WC-GT2RS system is a direct bolt on for any 997.1 GT2..

Let me know if you need more info.

I love Torque!

Please send me a PM with the cost of the headers and 200 cel cats, separate prices. Considering suspension bits as well. Sounds Great
