The bullet nose appear to be less expensive... However, they are longer to accommodate the nose.
If you run stock wheels, I recommend the 80mm race series. The bullet nose wheels have threads too far into the wheel, making it hard to hand-thread the first couple turns. The 91mm bullet is better, but I still think the 80mm race-stud is perfect. That being said, I had the performance series as well, and they were easiest to thread of the bunch, but they got dinged up pretty easy.

I should add that I also tried the 65mm race studs and returned them as impossible to hand thread. You have to use a socket, which (to me) defeats the purpose. IIRC, the 81mm bullet nose has the same usable threads as a 65mm race stud.
