Who would buy a GT3 RS without a test drive?
This guy bought one based on a test drive of a CS, which he didn't even like. I can see not test driving an RS, because there are so few, but not even trying a regular GT3? Then comparing it to an M3, lol.

I never test drove the new Gt3 before i bought mine. Coming from a turbo and having driven the 2007 gt3 i had an idea what to expect. It does not disappoint.
Honestly this guy is on crack if he thinks an M3 is better or more fun than a Gt3rs.

I ordered sight unseen and did so after I'd dismissed the 997.2 GT3 as being not enough to warrant updating from the 997.1 GT3.
He does make some funny comparisons with other cars, but he seems to have pretty good balance of things.
At least he picked a nice color combination and when lightweight -- not bad for a BMW driver. : )

I bought Mooty's 2010 RS
no test drive, no pictures, no DME, no PPI inspection.........and after the sale he told me he did not include the bear collection
It is all in who you are buying it from

I bought both my Turbos without driving them (without seeing the first one, even). I did test drive a 3.8 GT3 and 3.8 RS before buying my RS though, just because I wanted to make sure I was going down the right path (they are so different from Turbos).
Honestly though, test driving one of these cars on the street really doesn't tell you much unless you are really flogging them. I guess you could tell if you would hate the car, but to really experience the car you have to go at speed on a track or on a spirited drive.
