Improving upon the factory Porsche brake system is something that is not easy. Basic upgrades include pads, steel braided brake lines, and some good synthetic brake fluid. But without going to a full Brembo aftermarket brake kit, what else can you do?
Brembo has developed these OEM replacement 2 piece type III rotors for the stock brake caliper system. The Porsche brake system is very well balanced. However, for those that push their Porsche to the limit on the track or street, improving upon the brake rotors is one of the largest advancements in the brake system. These 380x34mm rotors are designed with racing in mind for those Porsche drivers who simply, want the best. The engineering of these rotors comes from Brembo's top level racing divisions. The same engineering goes into their brake kits as used in many professional racing vehicles. The slotted venting pattern that the rotor has helps dissipate heat faster and will not crack like drilled rotors. One reason you see most race cars with slotted rotors is because of this. Drilled rotors look nice, but true braking performance is done with slotted discs.
The addition of these rotors offers an incredible reduction of unsprung and rotational weight. Each rotor weighs only 22.6lbs compare to the stock rotor of 25.5lbs saving you 3lbs per corner! With the quality of these Brembo rotors, it is virtually impossible to warp the rotors and gives even pad wear and rotor wear. Overall, these disks will last longer then the OEM units while giving premier braking performance.
Comparatively to the competition, the Brembo product uses superior materials, manufacturing processes, and the R&D with quality control that you can only expect from the Brembo name. Having first hand used other products on the track and street, Brembo has continually proven itself to be the best quality and have the proper performance level that high end Porsche drivers demand.
Rotors will fit the 997.2 GT3 and GT3RS. These rotors are sold in pairs for the front of the Porsche. These can fit PCCB brakes. The hats are hard anodized and clear coated.

Yes sir they are... The first time is expensive but the replacement rotors and hardware when you need to replace them doesn't work out to be too bad by comparison. Them hats are expensive!
I'm on the road at the moment but if I remember right the rotors were about 4 pounds heavier per corner? I'll double check later...

Guys that are running 997.2 RS w/ the PFC slotted rotors, are these right?
I downloaded the part list PDF from the PFC website. Seems like for 380mm front rotors, the part numbers are: (right) 378.32.0060.04 OE SO $522.19 PORSCHE GT3R/RS 997 Cup FRONT - FITS PORSCHE HAT, and (left) 378.32.0060.03 OE SO $522.19 PORSCHE GT3R/RS 997 Cup FRONT - FITS PORSCHE HAT
The also had these, noted as: 378.32.0060.01 and .02 $522.19 PORSCHE GT3R/RS 997 Cup FRONT - FITS PFC HAT
The shops I've contacted have the drilled rotors. not Slotted.

This is what I think I know;
PFC P/N 0379.067.85 is for the PFC "kit" which includes the PFC hat.
The PFC P/N for just the rotor is 0379.34.0066.34 and .44 (left and right).
They come slotted and dimpled, maybe drilled also, but I have the dimpled ones. They look drilled from a distance, but no cracks.
The hats are CUP hats. Not a perfect fit because the holes are oval and out red nubbie things are round for studs, but I did 14 track days with them no problems. Orbit got hats made to fit GT3 perfectly, not sure if PFC made them for him or he made them elsewhere, but they are prefect.
The interlocking system between disc and hat is pretty slick, no more torque on the bolts, the bolts are there just to hold them together. The pads are great on the street as well in terms of dust and braking when cold, but they are LOUD. You sound like a garbage truck, only louder :-)
The PFC pads fit oem calipers and rotors as well, part numbers are:
F7819.08.17/19.44
R1299.08.18.44
Price is similar to Pagid, less than $800.00 F + R, except they last twice as long as Pagid R29.

My CUP hats were black, but now black and discs are dimpled, not slotted. Those look like Izzone's:
