As a fellow "nor-cal-ian," allow me to thank you for your innovative strategy to singlehandedly lift the economy -- you've fearlessly combined trickle-down and slippery-slope. I hope the new gubnar sends you a thank-you note.
We'll all be following you over to the Cup forum to read your new series of DIY posts. I'm particularly interested in seeing how you come to grips with that shifter. I imagine you'll be studying hours of in-car footage of proficient drivers' hands and feet.

I have soo much to learn about the Cup car and will spend couple hours at Topp racing when I pick her up to learn how to start up the car and put it in first gear. Will run the car on the track while I am there to learn the sequential. Yes, I will be the slowest car out there. It will be many first for this DE hero lol. I ask Todd this question " Can I use 91 octane fuel?" lol.
No worry, there will be many many more DIY coming. I will give everyone a heads up when I post Cup DIY/modifications.

You should PM mooty ... see if you guys can work out a trade with his 2010 RS. It is super clean, low miles, white and no garbage such as PCCB, nose lift or radio
