Looking to get 4 jackstands for my 997.1

Do I need the low profile version or is the standard one ok?

More than happy to take a "blemished" unit for a lower price

Please PM me the RL discount code so I can place my order

thanks

The low profile pad is what you need. It's better to send an email through the website to set up purchases with the RL discount.

Hey Francois - this isn't 6" more but this setup gives you 14" clearance at the chassis.

Nice idea John. I need a "bit" more height, so I'm shopping for a two-post lift.

I'm not sure I can be much help in the frozen north. Greg Smith Equipment (no affiliation) has some nice lifts. Their Delaware location had a nice 2 post blem at $1395 (vs $1595). Their cheapest 2 post starts at $1395, but if you get on their list you'll get notice of their sales. Blems are pickup only and can't be shipped.

I helped a friend install one of their 4 posts lifts and was impressed. I have a different brand of 4 post at home. It's nice for certain work but I still prefer the stands for brake, wheel, body, and suspension work. When I don't need the extra height, it's nice having the support out of the way.

I've done two 4-post lift installs with only 2 guys. It's an easier job with 3 or 4 people. Good luck.

Speaking of being impressed. I recently delivered a pair of Jackpoint jack stands to the garage of a certain night time talk show host who's well known for his collection of all things automotive. Incredible guy, amazing garage, fantastic day!

Apparently they're magnetic. You can hang your car off the ceiling.

Whoa..why is my post before F4 plt's?? Something wrong with the site's timestamp.

They may be a little pricy, but the service is great and they do make the job easier. I'm glad I got them

Sorry about that but it does make cleaning the bottom easier. Now how do I rotate the picture?

You're just used to pulling Gs

I think you have to rotate the picture on your computer and save it, then replace the pic in the post with the saved pic.

For a minute there I thought it was a picture from one of our customers in Australia.

Hey John are you still around. I need 2 pairs of the recessed pads, I've also e-mail you the same and awaiting PayPal request from your side.

It's pleasure doing business with you again.
