Roll bars or cages are intended for wheel to wheel racing. PMS invented the cup car for that purpose. GT3 street is a track toy. Add a cage or bar is like riding with a (skinny) passenger weight wise. Oh I guess you could roll a street car playing on the track but the chances would be greater roll over on the street where some idiot runs you off the road while texting.

As for the original poster.... dang... I would never put my road bike in there for fear of damaging the bike hahaha. Well, plus the fact my RS has the roll cage.
Century ride... nice- have fun. Am recovering from an operation and been out of action for 8 months on my road bike. Cant wait to start again in a couple months.... Got the bike checked out last week.... all good to go as soon as the doc clears me....

Darn!
Going out for a power test on my bike today and briefly entertained putting it in the back of my GT3. I would wrap is in a moving blanket to save both car and bike from damage.
I just decided that I wasn't sure I wanted to park my baby for 2 hrs or so in a lot in the forest preserve. Straaange folks sometimes can be spotted there and my aqua blue might prove too nice for some to leave their hands off...
Nice bike... Roubaix or Tarmac?

Actually they are dead easy to avoid day to day. just shove the shoulder belts back through the holes in the seat, same for the waist belts, and the groin belt for me is just pushed forward (mine is a 5 point). Then use the standard seat belts day to day.
