What a stoopid idiot.

With the news and the license captured, I am sure it will be full-blown in every forums next week. I am afraid that the driver may spend sometime behind bars soon.

One bad grape ruins the reputation of all of us GT3/GT3RS drivers...

Nobody wins a race on the street.. The biggest a$$hole might get to the finish point first but it IS NOT a real race. Drivers with true skill save it for the track posers do it on the street.

Don't drive like a douche on the street.

Go tracking, learn to drive, risk yourself and not innocent bystanders.

Hope this is not a serious answer cause I was joking.
Besides everybody, lighten up a little, all of us but the pope perhaps at some time did a little stunt on the street. Fast driving, red light racing or something stupid. Only Mooty admitted doing it so far all others are saints. Come on. Cut the I am a grown up and I drive flat out on the track this is how I drive.

Peace

The owner does have good taste.

Silver wheels, red/black wheels caps, ceramics, and decal delete. Can't be that many people who would option the car this way.

Good taste indeed...that is a nicely done RS. Plus, no sport chrono, and painted roll bar.

LAPD doesn't usually respond to traffic accidents unless there is an injury. From the article, it appears they showed up hours later (typical). If he exchanged info with the other parties involved, there is no reason why he couldn't have his car towed, and leave the scene.

Moron for driving like that in Venice, though. It's hard to get out of 2nd gear in Venice, especially in summer.

plus Sharkwerks exhaust tips also.

That could be a good candidate for a full on track car. The vultures are circling.

Someone here must know this guy.

He could have killed someone. Even on the track I hate losers that race- track days are for people to test the cars against themselves, if they want to race join a proper race series. But at least if an incident like this occurred on the track there less chance of hurting an innocent person.

On public roads? There is a time and place for everything. I am sure that people on here have broken the speed limits on public roads from time to time... but have some discrimination. Know the roads, the surroundings and the fact that speeding in built up areas is a full on no no. Racing on public roads is even worse. What a total loser. And no, I have never raced on public roads.

I push my car on the track and thats it. I got nothing to prove to anyone but myself.

This guy deserves whatever is thrown at him.
