Nice car but I'll pass on the hybrid version.

Personally, I think there's all kinds of room left to improve on existing NA 911/GT3/RS range. First order of business would be to drop the weight. Easy to do with intelligent application of CF, Ti, and Alu. Heck, a full Ti exhaust would drop 50lbs off the rear right off the bat. Second update the suspension by replacing the struts with true double wishbone, then remove all the rubber in the RS variant.

Beyond that, there's plenty of efficiency gains left to be had in naturally aspirated gasoline engines. Question is whether any of us would be willing to give up our beloved GT1 engine to get them...
