The good guys at Suncoast Porsche were able to help me and I think they've located all the necessary parts to do a swap. Once they are in, I'll be attempting the conversion on my non-RS. *Fingers crossed*

Is there a writeup on how to swap out the straps? This thread is the closest I've come to some info. Haven't found anything else with superb forum search function.

Take the door apart and it's not difficult, just time consuming. Oh btw, be careful with with the door trim clips.
