Default Marina Ace

I think that at least 4 of us in this forum have a car on the Marina Ace. I was in the daily habit of getting home. Sliding on the jeans, popping a beer and going to: http://www.marinetraffic.com/ais/shi...MMSI=356067000 and seeing where my freaking car was in the ocean.

Now the feed stopped! Did the boat sink off Ireland? (LOL)

Usually, once the boat is in high seas you can only track it with a shipping account and it is not availaqble for the public. so the next time it pops up it will be near RI coast line try in 3 days

My understanding from dealer is that Marina Ace arrived at Port Halifax on Thursday April 22,2010.

Marina Ace was off the southern coast of Ireland on 4/22/10 heading NW into the North Atlantic. There is no way that it was in Halifax N.S. on April 22nd,even if it had KA-ME-WA jet drive propulsion units and hydrofoils to lift its bulk out of the water.Sorry to say that I believe your dealers info is not correct.

pcna told me that Marina Ace sailed on April 14 from Enden and I have confirmation that boat arrived in Halifax on the 22nd. my car is on it. so the only way that should be wrong is if they got the name of the boat screwed up.

Sounds like they possibly gave you the wrong ship name. 4/16 Marina Ace arrived in Emden and then departed on 4/20 destination Davisville RI. Check the info out for yourself at http://www.marinetraffic.com Look at the itineraries history. If you check its current position it will not show. The vessel is not in range of land and will not show again untill it is close enough to a land mass to report its Lat/Long , speed, heading, and destination.

I heard the Marina Ace stopped at NS, Rhode Island then Baltimore. After that, not sure where it goes from there.
