I am still waiting to hear from my dealer wrt dates for MY'11 production and options ... I would assume PTS would be an option...

as you can see from the info note from the OP some new colors are added (Ice Blue Met) and some are now special or deleted ...

can't wait to get the information ...

just had a confirmation from a dealer that there will be a MY'11 GT3, best info right now is that allocations will be released in July, which probably means Sept builds.

I was told that my 2011 GT3 should arrive in Canada in Sept 2010. This is just a verbal confirmation from the POC sales manager. The only thing I have in writing is the receipt for the deposit that was required to get on the list. Hopefully it shows up before winter, it will kill me to stare at it for 5 months and not drive it.

No idea on how much of a price bump, yet. I had not selected Bluetooth or floor mats but it looks like they will 'force feed' those two items in a new and improved MSRP.
Hi JAMS -- fyi, there's rumored to be an RS at Fletcher Jones tomorrow. If I were you, I'd be curious enough to head over there and get in the driver's seat to relieve some of the anticipation. : )

Which Fletcher Jones? Hawaii or Fremont?

That's interesting. I met someone at Laguna who was there from Hawaii and made trips just to drive the track. They were driving some top shelf Porsche hardware. Can't be a coincidence.

Anyway, no, not the tropical destination, the Silicon Valley one.

Have you placed the order yet? do you have a build date ... officially I think
Porsche begins the model year in May(?) ... if he promised Sept delivery then
it must be built in June/July since the factory closes in August ...

do tell more!

No build date yet, I spec'd out the car signed the order sheet and gave them a deposit. Again only verbal confirmation of the delivery date. I'm supposed to get the first MY2011 GT3 that arrives at the Edmonton dealership. My 2007 Boxster S showed up 2 months later than quoted so I'm hoping for the best on this on.

Be curious to hear what you specced ...

interesting that CA are already taking '11 orders, US isn't to the best of my knowledge

Here is my spec’s and yes I’m just a little jealous of the low pricing offered to the US market. Especially since both currencies are near parity. (1.0173)

2011 GT3 No $138,100
Guards Red (Exterior) G1 $ 0
Black (Interior) 28 $0
Dynamic Engine Mounts 140 $1,780
Wheels Painted Silver 430 $0
Floor Mats 810 $130
Sport Bucket Seats P03 $4080
Porsche Crest in Headrest XCS $390
Sport Chrono W/O PCM 639 $940
Universal Audio Interface 870 $130
Destination Charges $1,085

Total Cost $ 146,635
(Subject to change with new 2011 pricing)
