Matte Grey. I ordered mine in the Grey/Red. If i had a PTS option I would do Matte Grey with Red.

If it were me, I'd do the 997.1 GT3 RS green...
I'll be doing that if an allocation pops up in the future.

they allow matte paint to be requested as paint to sample? i always figured they just offered gloss in metallic or non metallic only, has anyone on here successfully ordered matte?

if matte were on my short list i'd order the car white w/red and decal delete then have it covered in matte. less money and the option to convert back to an original color down the road.

you would have to wrap the entire car in clear bra if you do a matte. it might be cheaper to just wrap the car in a matte finish

Matte is over and too popular now and is aging badly. If you really want it matte wrap it and then when you sell it can come off...

If I was to PTS it would be Maritime, Riviera or this Bentley colour, Quartzite, which is a non metallic grey and much lighter than the RS grey:

Wow. If you add just front end lift, it will be over $180K. That's was too rich for my blood. In fact, this is a spec on an RS that is 50% more than what I bought my new GT3 for.

Now that other options are available, I've changed my mind about colors. I would skip PTS and go Aqua with no stripes, body colored front bumper insert, mirrors and winglets with silver wheels. Aqua, stripe delete and silver wheels are all $0 options. It is only another $2-2.5K to get the other bits painted and complete de-poser an RS.
