If you mean transmission then you "just" invert a GT3 transmission. It has been done ( but I have no links or data to provide now ), I guess transmission experts from this board can explain the details.
Freisinger Motorsport in Germany has built at least one 986 with GT3 engine & transmission for street and there are few racers in Europe with similar solutions too.

About other trannies I do not have comments...
