Looking to buy a GT3 and took one for a demo yesterday.....currently have a C2S and all I have to say is WOW! what a difference between the 2 cars! My question is the GT3 seemed smaller both car and interior room. I know the car has to be the same size....but is it the adaptive seats that make the interior seem tighter?
Thanks,
Bill

A second qustion after reading the trouble some were having with PCCB's is it something to stay away from or really doesn,t make a difference (other than the additional money)?
Thanks again,

I doubt that the adaptive seats would take up so much space as to make the interior appear smaller. In fact due to the omission of the rear seats the interior in the GT3 should, and to me does, appear roomier.

The car and interior are definitely not smaller. In fact, there is more interior room because the rear seats are removed and there is no sunroof. The adaptive sports seats are built on the same frames as the regular power seats, so they are also not smaller. What may be throwing you off is the height of the car and the seat height. Not seeing the cutout for the sunroof in the headliner also gives an illusion of less space even though there is actually more.
One thing on the contrary would be Sport Buckets versus Euro GT3 seats. I noticed that the sport buckets in my 10' are higher than Euro GT3 seats.

I think they make since for a Gt3 that is going to be a street car with very little track duty. For me they are the best brakes I have ever had. Properly maintained they will last and last and last for street duty.
If your goal is to have a track car get the steel brakes and upgrade them to Brembo etc...I think most of the trouble owners are having with PCCBs is because they track their cars and over heat/cook the PCCBs.
Also a GT3 is unlike any C2anything, you will not miss the C2S at all!

Thanks for the replies! I was thinking for the price of PCCB's you could buy alot of pads! The interior must be my imagination haven't sat in my car for awhile so it seemed tight. As far as the C2 anything vs GT3.....your right......WOW!

The sound also hits you more in the gt3 - thus it adds to the car attacking you / smaller feel - obviously the sound is one of the true wonders of this car so please buy it and enjoy

Yup... I agree. With the completely different motor and light weight components in it she just revs so much more freely and feels more alive.

I have about 8 track events on the PCCB's and have only replaced the pads.
I will wait and see how long the PCCB's last before deciding on changing them to steel. And yes, the two cars are very different, the 3 is more for the enthusiast driver.

and I think are a great enhancement to the car, both in weight reduction and in stopping power ...
YMMV
