Short Observations - 2010 GT3
Took delivery on Fri with all of 4 miles. 24 hr later it has 300 mi on the clock.
Here are some comparisons to the '07.
The Sport Buckets are GREAT At 6 ft tall i have at least a hand width (6in). of of headroom clearance. Why I mention this is that I tried out the seats in a C4S launch car there was much less clearance (3 fingers) and I was concerned, however without the sunroof I'm pleased.
When you unlock the car, the steering wheel now unlocks upon opening the door.
Revised key does not seem to activate hood or door unlock while in your pocket.
The engine torque is more noticeable a lower rpm's.
Shifter seems revised, still bolt like, however it is smoother.
Cabin noise seems to have increased some. Perhaps due to no sunroof and the removed metal in the rear seat area.
Having changed out the Cup tires to PS2's I have to say that the CL system is a bit of a PIA. A two person job without question, one on the wrench, one on the brake. The Precision Torque Wrench worked fine for removal and tightening of the CL.
DEM no comment yet since the no heavy use has been done. I would expect the operation to be rather transparent to the user.
The revised TPM works great and is very fast and accurate. no more 15mi drive for learning.
The new electronics PCM, Bluetooth, Audio Interface are all great and work well.
Phone address book and controls as well as radio pre-sets can be accessed from the OBC stalk and viewed in the OBC.
PCM is fast, but there are so many options, so some time and menu digging will have to be carried out.
The touchscreen collects pawprints like mad. Needs a Fingerprint-resistant oleophobic coating like the iPhone 3Gs.
Thats what I have to say for now, stay tuned for road trip updates!

Very nice, congrats Brian! Woo-hoo
I am definitely diggin' the seats.
Nice sane spec too, not (in my opinion) all junked up with stitching/(weight-adding) carbon/leather fuse box cover
Did you get front lift? If so, comments please?
See ya next week, going to be FUN!

Congrats!
Thanks!
I am 6'4" short upper, long inseam. I sat in the '10GT3 last week with the Sport Bucket Seats, I will have to move the sliders back and maybe tilt it 1"lower, but there is enough head room for a helmet. My main excuse for buying the new one!
I also ripped out the inserts out of the seats just like I do with my 996GT3 seats, works great, easy, ready for 6 point. I also took off the front lip, seems as easy as on the current one, so no lift system for me.
Not looking forward to the CL wheels, what do you do when by yourself? Loosen and than jack up the car?
