Default RS April Build

"Supposed" to have 1st build at a dealership that is out of my area and that I've never dealt with before. I am being told that their 1st allocation is April. This seems kind of late. I was thinking that it should be February, the latest. What do you guys think?

Thanks

I have the same - April build, May anticipated delivery (non-Boston dealer). Boston area dealers received March, April, May allocations.

Note: dealer agreed there's a high probability cars will be built ahead of schedule given Porsche factories operating below capacity.

Tony- Are you just joking around? Or...are you planning an RS purchase in addition to your new .2 C2S ???

Me, I just prefer a successful crossing regardless the season

Congrats 911dr, when will you be able to actually submit your spec?

Savyboy, Thank you. I just e-mailed my dealer, I had a couple of additional questions regarding the thicker steering wheel, cupholder delete and lexan rear window. Then I assume I can spec her, but will confirm.

Can we get a thicker alcantara steering wheel?

How do I order that? I did not see it anywhere on the configurator, or did I miss it..I hope the lexan rear window is real!

Still trying to find out if thicker wheel in RS comes with yellow 12 o'clock mark. Anyone knows the answer to that and cares to share it would be much appreciated.
