I have always thought or understood that Porsche takes Leave in Aug.
And thats the break in model years? Everything up to Jul is a 09 Everything
after Aug is a 10?

On monday, I'll take a drive down the road to the 'Porsche' section of the Port.

I'll let you know what I see.

On another note, my orange '08 RS sat outside (without cover) in
the port of Baltimore for nine (9) f•cking months before being delivered
to Porsche of Annapolis.

It took months to get the dust out of all of the nooks and crannies

Oh well.........

And you accepted the car? Why did they hold the car that long?

Hey Blaine, I am excited for you.

What is the story with "Loge" as the name of the new GT3?

Just think pretty soon you can change the "on a ship somewhere" to "in my garage!"

Now do you remember being at the NYIAS in April and seeing the Guards Red one thinking, "I cannot wait...."

So both "Brunhilde" and "Loge" are characters from old Nordic (German) mythology. “Brunhilde” was a Visigoth princess that you didn’t want to mess with (not necessarily the overweight character popularized by the (in)famous Bugs Bunny cartoon – what’s opera doc?) and “Loge” was a demigod of fire and known for his cunning and being a bit of a prankster. Both were used by Wagner in his Ring cycle opera. A bit out there, I know.

NYIAS - I keep looking at those pictures you took and still can't believe that I'm so close and I still cannot wait!!!

Think you will see alot more of these...
Sadly dealers tend to "doll" them up with Adaptive Seats, lots of stitching, colored gauges ...Running the prices into the 150's

Took a leisurely drive through the port of Baltimore ...... so much for Homeland Security

I can't remember when I've EVER seen the Port so packed with cars.
Rows and rows and rows and rows and rows and rows of Toyotas,
Nissans, Rovers, Subarus and finally Porsches.

Lots of Cayennes, Caymans, Boxters and 911s

Counted six (6) GT3s

Could not see ANY Panameras

There's your update ! ! !
