That's being kind. The service department at Champion is the worst I have ever seen in my life. Sure it looks beautiful when you pull your car in there... but be ready to have incompetent monkeys work on your car, and be ready to pay at least 3x the going rate for the privilege. Oh, and the arrogant "I don't give a sh*t" attitude of every service manager I've encountered there.

Here are other things to think about. Porsche recently laid off 15% of their global workforce. The allocations from Porsche for all cars in 2010 is half the number in 2009. Some models, including the Cayenne Turbo and Turbo S, appear to be dead as no allocations have been given to dealers. Porsche has acknowledged the global economy has shrank and changed their business to be competitive.

...this is also the reason why there are a lot less 2010 GT3 allocatiosn compared to back in 2007.
