Waaaay over the market. New 2009 Cups can still be had for less (including freight).

Good luck...

Here's the VIN ... what's the letter code for '09?

and the VIN used in the documentation of the advertisement is WP0AC29998S792366 ... which is an '08 GT3 ... not the same as the photo ... and not a race chassis VIN ... so I'd start to be even more careful than usual dealing with the seller ... sure, it might be a " the Web site won't allow non DOT VIN's" or whatever and that's all well and good, I'd just be careful to check the status of the chassis with PAG in case this turned out to be not as advertised.

I'm more interested in the car in your avatar. These are hard financial times. You should be looking to sell a liability like that. I might be able to help you. : )

That VIN is legit for a 2009 GT3 Cup - it is on the ground and you can drive it tommorrow at the track in Florida - but it is a bit overpriced. Be sure if you go looking to buy it that you get the "spares" package that is included in the price of the car, which includes 2nd set of wheels, extra brake pads, fuel and oil filter and a bunch of other stuff.

Or maybe you should just call PMNA and ask if they have any 2009's left and how much (hint as of last week they had 2 left). You pay them, pay sales tax for your state of delivery, they arrange air shipping (plus import fees, duty tax, broker fees, shipper fee etc.) to an airport near you. You get a car and a spares package (extra wheels, splitters, brake pads, fuel & oil filters etc.). The price you pay will be less than above, but depends on your home state sales tax and shipping. Figure delivered to Calif $183k sitting in your driveway including CA sales tax of $14K or so.

Autotrader wont let a ZZZ vin in its system so it has to use a placeholder. Pictures are showroom floor of one of the largest dealerships in the country, shouldnt be that worried about it. The only hard choice is where to find the money and how to get more days off to use it

Unfortunately, it's already gone. I sold her to fund the purchase of a new car, likely a 997 Cup. That's how I know the pricing of these cars.

Not sure if it is was the right move however.
