the car has been bid up to $44,500
I am fine, thanks for asking. The car is toast. My insurance company offered me the salvage for $77k and I passed. The car's frame is pretzled. The good side of this is that the insurance company paid me full market value on the car and I've replaced it with a new ride.

A car will always be just that...a car. Glad to hear you're ok and everything worked out ok.
