I was offered a Ferrari 599 at list Thursday. These car have been selling for 150 over MSRP at 330 or so. I decided to keep my F430.

Wallstreet is about to see about 50k in layoffs so if 599s have started, 10Mil NYC apartments going at 2000sq/ft should be starting to peak/fall next week

I can see the add now, for only 10mil you get a wonderful park view and a new 599

Totally different ballpark, but Audi and Porsche sales in the month of July in Canada fell about 40%

OK, I admit it. I love to see these guy who thought they would clean up and pocket $20-50K start to twist when their bids don't clear reserve. The punch goes something like "rare opportunity" and there are 10 others right there.

What a Country!!!
