I do not think the people that will buy the car are going to participate in the down turn.

They will not participate in the downturn and if the car does lose value and they decide to sell the loss will not be a big deal to them.

I saw a white one at the festival of Speed in Fontana. I looked nice but i was underwhelmed. Looks like a 997 with an aero package. Its up to you and your taste whether you like it or not.
But $300k???????????!!!!!!!!!!!! no phu@king way.

Agreed. That's why they will fall in price.

I sold in the late 80's Speedsters for about 50 k over and we sold every single one, as a matter of fact we could not get enough. That car in true p car fashion cost more for getting less.............and besides looks it was a dog in regards to performance. So a 100 grand now does not sound too much out of the ordinary. There are guys who pay(id) 50 large over for AMG cars.......and those cars drop like a harpooned oceanliner.
GT2, Enzo , 599 , Stradale etc customers in general are not effected by the economy. Those are the same guys who bought Duesenbergs during the Great Depression and were blowing money like it was going out of style. The real money, commanded by individuals in the US , is mind boggling.
