Took the 3 to car wash yesterday and the guy spray lots wheel cleaner over the brake disc, I did ask them to rinse the disc with water. the brake pedal feels really weird, almost like carrera's 4-pot.. I know it's normal when the disc is 'wet' but I did try brake hard several times to help the water to vaporise..my concern is that the wheel cleaner will accumulate a thin layer over the discs and therefore the strange pedal feel or am I being paraniod?

I would also discontinue taking your GT3 to a commercial car wash....just my thought on it but YMMV.

The ceramic material itself should be inert to anything, much like your teapot. However, it´s given that you shouldn´t put on anything else besides the brake pad material itself if you can help it.
