John, Garrett,
Do you mind sharing the spring rates used? I took pictures of a GrandAm 997 GT3 Cup at SEMA, and the car had 450#/550# springs, weird.
Both of your cars are my favorite 997 GT3s.

One more point; spring rates are somewhat "personal and territorial". Meaning, who's driving the car and where? What is the drivers "style"? how do they like the car to feel? are they a finesse driver or do they muscle the car around the track? Are they racing a bumpy track or a smooth track? My point is that we can't just look at a pro team car on display and say the XYZ team runs this spring rate because there is no way of knowing where they just came from or what they were doing. The car at the show could have just come from a charity event where they let returning veterans play follow the leader behind a pace car at a bumpy track for all we know. I've seen teams "scrub" the numbers on springs and bar code them so even if you were in their pit as a guest at an event you wouldn't know. The setup card for winning race teams is usually played close to the chest.
And to answer your question (finally! right?), I currently have 1100 # up front and 1200# in the rear but that might change depending on how different the car is with the new cage.

John,
That's exactly what I suspected. I just came from a 450/650 set (quite soft, with focus on autocross), to my current 750/1000 setup for my 2,850 lbs 996 GT3.
