Default Had Gt3 RS Lost Gt3 RS

Ready to spec it, just received a call that my dealer had it's allocation pulled so no car. Can't explain how disappointing it is.

I think something is fishy -they are maybe trying to cash in on your car.

Did they have your deposit? Did you have a production date? I would really press this as others have stated. They basically have just eliminated an appreciating asset from your portfolio.

Did they ask you if you wanted lubrication before they bent you over?....Please give us the name of your dealer so we can beware in the future....sounds like total BS...were you getting your car at MSRP? if so, that solves the case of the "missing allocation mystery".

Definitely rattle the cage w/ someone at pcna, there's nothing worse as far as customer alienation than if a dealer is brazen or uninformed enough to be rescinding a promised allocation.

pcna may intervene if there is monkey biz... Make a few calls, you have nothing to lose at this point. Maybe check with lumpking asap on what he did earlier this year?

Yes there was the inital deposit to be put on the wait list, then the secondary deposit to confirm the order. Production dates were specified, as well as delivery dates and a time range as in regard to specifying colors options etc.

Call PCNA and speak with the individual responsible for that dealer’s district. These guys decide what dealers get cars and how many they get. It might work, it might not, but you should be able to get an answer as to why the allocation was pulled. If the dealer is selling the car to someone paying more then PCNA should step in. That scenario is basically a breach of contract. Keep in mind that PCNA has no real authority to force dealers to do what they want, but dealers also want to stay in good favor with their distributors. All I really know is that I got my deposit returned in OCT, called and complained, and by the end of DEC I had an allocation. My car is sitting at the dealership at this very moment waiting for me to pick up in Late AUG. I hope that the situation works out in your favor. Good luck.

BLOODY HELL!!!!!! I was not the first at my dealer to put an order in for a GT3 RS but I got mine first, and a friend was second and his car is now at the dealer. The buyer who put his deposit down before me had his salesman royally fak up and not process the order. Buyer raised BLODY HELL with dealer and PCNA, lawsuit threats and all. His black RS showed up last month. Don't take this schit. I highly doubt that PCNA would pull an alocation from a dealer because they for sure know that the car would be already sold and the buyer would be punished for something the dealer did.
And then again, the dealer may not have had an alocation at all.
