In the mail yesterday was a post card with an awsome print of an RS on the cover. Inside it read "PCNA cordially invites you to join us for a relaxed viewing of the newest Porsche masterpiece - the 2007 Porsche 911 GT3 RS".
Anyone else invited, going?
Just wondering how they decided who to invite and why even have such a thing, since they are just about all sold.

I doubt it's so they can show what a great car they are building in such limited quantities because its primary purpose was to bring Porsche's image closer to Ferrari in terms of over-demand and corresponding high re-sale values.

They are calling everyone together to announce new options, color schemes, and decal packages for any of the 229 customers who still can change their specs.

Are you sure the postcard doesn't read "2008" GT3 RS ?

It is a card, with printing on the inside. It is from PCNA, not any dealer. I called the dealer that I thought would be providing the car(I was trying to find out how my name got on the list) and they know nothing about it. I don't know who from PCNA will be there, if anyone, but I will try to get info on more cars.
