Default interior panels

i dont know if this is GT3 or RS, and i can't recall where i have seen it.

the pix i saw shows the door panel (immediately above door armrest and immediately aft of the door pull) is made of alcantara.

however, the gt3's i have seen in person had normal faux leather/plastic on those panels, not alcantara???

all the cars i have seen in person do not have full leather.

so my question is: does the alcantara door panel comes as part of FULL leather package or it is something totally different?

Yes, it is part of the full leather option on the GT3 and RS.

I agree with you. I did not order the full leather on my GT3 but I do like the door panels that come with it.

Just take your panels to a local upholster shop and have them do it - with real leather - for less money.

A guy who does motorcycle seats can knock it out for ya as well (or you could even try it yourself)...

I'll remove mine in preference for 993 RS type or Cup car carbon fiber ones...

Mooty, I noticed the same thing...and I agree...would like to have no real leather in the car, but the Alcantara door panels tie in nicely.

When considering new door panels after the fact, also note that the US RS door panels do not have storage compartments...that's what I'd seek out.
