Your meter may be off, but one rear quarter is at 9, the other is at 15, it’s likely that car has had paint work. Can you find another paint meter to use?

I say verify your paint meter first. Make sure you're solid on your placement against the paint, check batteries and then test on other cars that you know are original paint. New cars!
Post up the vin and let these members help ya out.

It’s super easy to see paint work. Pull back trim especially frunk plastic and look for mask and paint lines or overspray.
even the best you can see these. Look at sealer application and compare sides.

I see a dimple in the paint, to the left of the meter, left side of the fluorescent light. go check it out in person. Also holy VS hairs on those tires.
This is a large reading. I'd take a very weak magnet, wrapped in microfiber, and run it across this hip panel. See how well it sticks and you'll be able to see if there is bondo underneath.
Maybe it's just me but do we have a panel, or door to panel, gap issue to the right of your hand? Maybe it's just the angle of the photo. Worth a check!
Holy PPF batman. Who would do a job like that? Couldn't make it to the upper corners so just cut some scraps and fit them in there.
Is there ppl on this fender because it's strange for someone to PPF the gas door and not the fender.
In the crack, in the left crevice of the right rubber strip. Does that look a bit rough and unfinished to anyone? Zoom in!

car does not look like it was resprayed. Shop I took it to to get PPI said “This car has never been painted.” …But my paint meter disagrees. This is the core issue.

That's a better picture and it does look like wax as it's on the rubber also. If you can clear up that paint issue, then it sure looks like a nice car.

Those rain channels on the roof come out. If there was paint work there’d likely be a rough edge inside of there (there was on a prior car of mine). But keep in mind you may break a clip or two when removing and reinstalling.
