Yeah I updated to the latest OBDII via the updater. The file they sent me shows up as 2.07.002 and I don't know if there's anything special about it or if it's just the same one you're looking at in the the updater. They asked me for my VIN before sending the .bin.

Still no luck after coding again with the updated file. This is the response from Foxwell customer support:
"not necessarily effective. You need to diagnose again after you replace the file. When the diagnosis is completed or the scanner prompts that it is not supported, please be sure to return to the main page step by step.
Then I will fetch a subfile out."
Not clear on how they plan to fetch a subfile out.

Are you trying to code it while the seat wiring harness is connector to the car? I've read multiple places the airbag must be coded out while its still connected. You might try coding it connected and/or disconnect. I was able to turn the light off with the seats out, but like I mentioned. It took several tries. I used the exact same scan tool as you have. It was frustrating and i was ready to give up, then the car finally took the changes. Good luck!
Foxwell asked me to send a video of the coding process. When you finally got yours to work, how did you do it? Did you toggle all items at once and then back out to the main menu? One at a time?

Foxwell offered to pull a file from the unit live, but at 10pm on a Friday. I'm kind of over the back and forth with them. I dropped the car off at the shop and they'll code it with a PIWIS.

Dang I am running into the same issue. all 5 settings set to no and the airbag light blinks 10 times and stays lit.

Wonder if I can swap the AWs sensor from my old seats to these GT3 seats.

Will a Durametric pro solve this? I don’t even notice the airbag light on my dash now, but would like to turn it off if possible lol

It worked for my 7.1 GT3. With the durametric, I would change the airbag settings, save, leave it plugged in, turn the key to the off position, and then turn the key back to the on position.

Question on this. In the options screen, which of the options do you pick? There only is an option for a ‘2010+ GT3’, non turbo 997, and turbo 997? I don’t see an option for a 997.1/2007-2008 GT3.

Otherwise could you screenshot what you're seeing on the durametric selection screen on your end?

Ok finally got around to trying to turn off airbag light. Turned to ‘off’ for AWS setting. It now blinks quite a few times, then stays lit. Haven’t driven it yet, maybe I’ll see if it turns off completely once I drive it?

Yeah so that happened to me at first too, where I would program the changes, exit durametric, unplug obd2 connector, turn off car, and turn it on. The airbag light would blink and then stay lit.
It only worked for me in the end when I programmed the changes on durametric, saved, left durametric open, turned the key to the off position on the car, and then turned the key to the on position (without starting motor).
BTW I should also add I had the manual sport seats and had to do this when I went to a fixed back bucket for both driver and passenger.

I did exactly same as you, turning off, then back to on, while everything is plugged in. I’m going for a drive in a bit, so I’ll see if anything changes.
Thank you for your help with this 3TG119!
