What did you do to your GT car today!
#1472
adding a lot of aero with the .2RS. Should cut time at riverside, kink and esses. .1 makes zero downforce really, just neutral lift. .2RS makes downforce
7.1 had single adjustable MCS Don’t think they’re any faster oem just a bit smoother.
running same tires. So we’ll see. .1 was 1:54:3

I just figured that you're very comfortable in 7.1 as opposed the new car. Also, suspension, diff etc. Is the 7.2 stock?
Would love to see some footage with speed displayed. Helps soo much. Also fun to watch these cars on track.
So you're saying 100mph through riverside with aero.

Today, I took the 997.2 RS out for a drive, then took some pictures (needed one for my maintenance binder - every car gets one), then I swapped it on the lift with the 991.2 GT3 Touring and finally went to the dealer and got them a new younger sibling.

Been getting ready for winter storage in OH. Grabbed some Stabil a couple weeks ago. But yesterday with the launch of the 992.2 GT3, spent some time realizing how thankful I am to have a 997 GT3. Much of this comes down to the price, but I also continue to get more obsessed with the 997 GT3 every drive, even after five years. I took it in for some PPF work on Thursday and driving it at 6am to the shop, even in rush hour traffic, was exhilarating. Can't wait to get a couple more drives on it this season then park it for the winter.

It’s not quite gulf blue (which i love). It’s shore blue metallic - launch color for the S/T. I didn’t order this car - dealer called a couple days ago and said they got a bonus corporate allocation if i was interested - but i think it looks great.
