So perhaps the fix is to need gaskets, maybe new O2 sensors, maybe you can tune it out. If that doesn't work then your motor is unhealthy and you can't go cheap on upgrades. It sure sounds like Dundon is well aware of the issues associated with these upgrades, yet they will continue to repeat 99% of cars will not have a CEL. The community needs to know that this is not true and there is a high likelihood that something else will need to be done to prevent the CEL. If headed down the troubleshooting path, this will be done at the expense of the owner's time and money and Dundon will try to do the minimum fix each time starting with tossing out some gaskets and have the owner install them with the headers at the owner's expense. If Dundon knows this is a problem, why don't they just ship them with the headers in the first place? The install cost/time far exceeds the cost of new gaskets.
Did Jamie steal your date to prom or something?

Is there enough room to install these headers without lifting up the car? As long as the rear bumper is removed, should have enough room?

Only challenge is getting the stock side mufflers out with the car on the ground. Bumper off will make it straightforward. At least on jack stands and you'll be ok...

I already have stock sides off, which I did with car on ground. Wanting to go headers now. I thought I had enough room to reach the header bolts when laying down, but it's been awhile since I've had to work on any of the exhaust parts. But if I can do this with car on ground, with rear bumper off, then heck yea lets do this haha

I sure would not want to do that while car is on the ground.

Just wanted to drop some more anecdotal info on the Dundon street exhaust vs CEL. Installed the catted street headers to stock center muffler (no side mufflers) 5-6 months ago and not one light or hiccup. Jamie spent 30min over the course of a few different calls to make sure I got the right setup and its been incredible.

Just got my .1 RS back from the Dundon header install. I had the Sharkwerks rear X-pipe on but replaced back with Stock oem muffler. Sounds much deeper in tone. Zero drone. I didn't get a chance to open it up yet but will this weekend. No CEL. Great product. Sharkwerks xpipe for sale if anyone wants it. $1500 retail I'll ship for $1,000. 1200 miles on it.

We keep moving the target as I have modder ADHD. Latest is one we've been working on for a while. 991.2 GT3 4.0L and pdk in it as a swap run by the stock 991.2 GT3 Ecu. This is the base case for DGG swaps for everything... Have a 997 Cup we're going to do the same with pdk/DGG swap to make a 997 Cup Clubsport to get these guys out of $400,000 RS's and into proper race cars with race car safety...

Glad you're enjoying it, in the end that's what this is all about... Loving our toys even more than we thought we could.

Tank of gas through it and it will adapt, and you'll want to retorque all the connections after a few good flogging heat cycles...
