New PPF- RS Graphics options
My car is at the shop getting some fresh PPF installed which means we had the remove the graphics. I always thought when this day would come i'd opt for decal delete or maybe even a different color but i've grown fond of the red and may just replace it. I don't want to spend $3k on OEM as it will be installed over PPF. I feel like KI used to have the full livery with "GT3RS" script for the fender and quarter but I no longer see it available (wonder if they got a C&D from Porsche).
Does anyone have a good place to get these OR can provide the vector file for my shop to create them?
Also if you want to post your decal delete or grey black with black accents cars to potentially sway my decision i'm open for this to occupy my mind all day on this Friday.

KI Studios makes nice factory copies. I have a set for my car (orange) sitting that well I may never install (.1RS tho).
They are in San Diego.

Food for thought...my detailer installed new OE graphics under the PPF. He's usually able to preserve them when replacing the film, it just takes some extra time and care. Yes there's a slight outline around the graphics, but you have to be right up against the panel to see it.

Spyerx- Yes, but what about the GT3RS script? Looks like it is no longer available
f50nut- yeah i was concerned about the outline but they had some wear so I yanked them.

Call KI Studios before you give up on them.
If your PPF has a ceramic coating embedded, beware that the decals won't stick to it very well. I learned the hard way how easy it is the rip one off when washing the car.

Curious why you wouldn't install the PPF over the OEM graphics? If the PPF is also ceramic coated it should last a long time.

I have a set in black if you are wanting to give black a try since it'll be on top of the PPF. But of course that would look even better with matching wing ends, mirrors and wheels (which I recall you already have in black!).

i'll PM you. id like to try black but i've been trying to find carbon mirror tops and wingless to match the theme. Maybe i'll wrap them instead for easy of reversal.

Thanks, bonehead. I can't get enough of this car. Truly one of the greatest.
RAudi, yeah i am pretty keen to try it out along with swapping the calipers to red since this is NOT an original PCCB car. As much as the red accents are a bit loud and not always my taste, i just cant help but feel like the car is so special in its original form that i should keep it that way. Whatever, i guess thats the beauty of wrapping the accents, easy to revert back to stock.

WrappedbySB a local company in Cleveland Ohio handled the graphics when Doug at Switchcars had a PTS Guards Red .2RS for sale.
