You’ll want to get one of these: EVR Phase II fuel filler ring (Porsche part number 997-201-944-00), it will solve the problem.

Went on a drive in Snohomish with some other local Porsche guys. It was fun. Then headed to Lake Washington Cars & Coffee.

Got My PDLS lights and did a quick install. It was an insanely easy install. I am getting an error informing me about the headlight adjustment error which was expected.

So I am wondering for my error to get coded out do I NEED to take it to dealer? or would a Porsche specialty shop be able to do it?

No need for the dealer as any independent with a PIWIS kit can do it. Even you can Elliot!

Installed Ed's Bolster protectors on my LWBS. Great product! Thinking I may need a headset protector as well.

It sure is a great product. Taking that center alcantara piece off made me sweat though.

Haha! I was sweating up a storm in my hot garage doing the install. Slightly embarrassing.

Been running errands around Seattle for fun. I love this car. My GTI is parked at home I'm climbing in and out my buckets lol. Been enjoying some tunnel runs as well with my sharkwerk bypass and a road trip to Portland Oregon. Doing track prep service next week(coolant line pin, new clutch, check cam bolts, other odds and end). Then hopefully some track time here in the PNW in late July or early August. I'm up to 1,250 miles driven by me in the first 1.5 months. Hope you are enjoying yours as well.

I did 5000 miles in my first 3 months. These machines are legends. The folks who have no clue will never understand. 997 GT models are the best Porsche has ever built. No debating that

Im road tripping up to Seattle from SoCal again soon so we should link up and do some driving.
