What’s it like for getting a jack under with them on?

I have one of the harbor freight low profile jacks. There was still 1-2 inches of clearance. The underside of the skirt gets trimmed for jack point clearance.

@arscottp we're still working hard on these - we've had to adapt quite a bit given the current challenges, but we persist nonetheless...

I have the 991 skirts and some hardware. My plan is to use your write up as a guide, but maybe play with some options. After getting the 991 skirts in hand, the pics don’t dot the mods justice. These will require a good amount of work/trimming. I will likely be in touch for a set of front end pieces. Doesnt seem worth the trouble to reinvent that wheel

Took me about 8hrs for the left side and 4 hrs for the right side.

Not the hardest mod I've ever done, but definitely took the most patience.

Any plans to offer a plug and play solution in your webstore of the side skirts? I like the look of the standard 991 skirts on the 997, but do not want to attempt all the modifiying myself. There really isnt a side skirt option for the 997 NB cars so I think you could sell quite a few of them if you offered the modified skirts/fasteners package ready to install.

I can’t imagine how this could be possible, and not cost $1k. There is so much fitment work, on/off a thousand times

Jeremy is right - it is not easy to do this manually (very time consuming and a lot of variables). However we do have some ideas/alternatives, albeit not finalized yet.
We're in the home stretch now - getting ready to produce the first first batch of rear splitters. Once we get that rolling we can turn attention back to the side skirts.
Rest assured Rennlisters will be the first to know

There are many variables for sure. Ideally you would make a mold of the car, as working on the floor sucks.
I went a slightly different route. I reformed the front to fit, and trimmed/reformed the rear. I also didnt use the rubber edging. I cleaned up the edge and cured it. Fits pretty tight and looks clean. Didnt like the look of the rubber. Just wasnt uniform enough.
