997.2 Production numbers

No doubt. The 2011 GTS numbers seem to be about right but the large number of black on black and especially the minute number of base 997.2's and 997.2 S's seem to be way off. If these numbers were right we would be seeing more GTS cars on the road than base or S cars. Not the case. At least not in my home town in southwest Florida which is littered with Porsches of all stripes.
The link below seems to be much closer to 997.2,s of various models sold except it doesn't specify model year but they're all 997.2.'s. According to Vinanalytics for the US market,
2009 C2S Coupe 1,410
2010 C2S Coupe 509
2011 C2S Coupe 656
No 2012 model, moved to 991.
You can extrapolate the other models out from there
