Where can I get screws for rear bumper and tail light?
When I bought my car, some screw in the rear was missing.
Where can I get those screws? (in the pics)
Should I go to Porsche dealer and show this picture? Would they know what parts exactly I am looking for?
Thanks in advance.

Tail light screws are part number 900.146.075.09 M6x12. Bumper screws are 999.073.227.09 tapping screw 4.8x16 (some sites say 4.8x19).
Online they are about $1 each plus shipping. Your local dealer will charge you much more plus tax but likely no shipping. Need one or two? See your dealer. Need a dozen? Get them online.

You can get the metric taillight bracket screws from your local hardware store, Lowe's, or Fastenal too.

If you have a good relationship with your dealer, one of the techs might have some laying around that they can give you.
The reason yours are missing is probably because some service was done and a tech didn't count the ones he put back in. That happens all the time and it means they have lots of them just floating around the shop.
I had a Lexus GX that, over time, lost several of its under-the-hood plastic cladding clips. I only had it serviced at the dealer so I knew if the things were missing, it was because of them. I dropped by and priced them at the parts counter and they were ridiculously expensive, so I marched into my service writer's office--ready for a fight. He just told me "no problem", disappeared into the shop area and came back with a handful of them that he gave me.
If a dealer can't part with some super-cheap hardware, they might not be the right dealer to be using, IMO.

I am looking for the part number for the (2) screws that retain the tail light, not the bumper screws. Above someone gave 900 146 075 09 as the part number, but that is the part number for the screw that attaches the support bracket to the tail light housing (the center screw in the first picture in post #1). I want the torx screw that has the washer built in. From my research, maybe you can only get this screw if you order the support bracket 997 631 463 01 (L), 997 631 464 01 (R)? Does anyone know the part number for only the screw?

Given you don't have a dealer close by, just call Suncoast Porsche... or Sunset Porsche. They discount and have bins of this stuff. They may require you to order on-line for some stupid reason... but just call them.
For these kinds of things, I like to use official Porsche screws because they look good (except for muffler/cat screws).

Unless the screw is some odd shape, has a turned shoulder section for some purpose, or is somehow otherwise unique, I'm not sure why you guys go to the trouble of looking up the specific part number, driving to the dealership, possibly ordering it, picking it up, etc. Almost every screw in these cars is just some type of metric fastener that's an M3-M12 with the majority being M4-M6. You could spend a couple hundred bucks with Albany County Fasteners to buy a huge assortment of stainless fasteners, lock, flat, and fender washers, lock nuts, flange nuts, regular nuts, hex head, socket cap, and allen head screws and not only end up having virtually any fastener you'd ever need, but also ones that don't rust and look better than the regular iron ones they usually use.
At least this is what I do. Almost any time I remove a fastener from one of my Porsches, it gets replaced with a stainless one, as I'll likely be the guy that is taking it out again next time and don't need the aggravation of dealing with rusted or ugly screws. I have a bucket of recycled metal OEM fasteners that have come off my Porsches - I should just start selling them by weight or by the scoop to DIYers. The exception to this method is certain hardened fasteners (Grade 10 or 12) that are used for a reason (seat rail bolts for example).

This thread is years old, obviously, but it'll come up on Google as the first result for most searches related to "997 tail light screws" so I'm going to revive it.
First, +1 to the post immediately above.
I don't know about the bumper screws, but the tail light mounting screws are standard metric M5 with a T25 torx head. You can replace them with literally any M5 screw that has a wide enough head to solidly secure a washer (truss head works well), and isn't too long or short (10 mm or 12 mm are ideal). Pair this with a suitable fender washer (18 mm, give or take). Virtually any local around-the-block hardware store should have exactly what you need; no need to waste your time and money driving out to the dealership parts counter and paying $8/each (also assumes it doesn't take them 30+ minutes to figure out or find what you need) or eating online shipping.
I discovered that my left tail light was held in place by nothing but a bit of friction and a lot of luck when I stopped for gas last night...must've lost the last screw somewhere on the drive (something I hadn't noticed earlier). All four of mine have now been replaced by new stainless phillips head (since I don't carry my torx bit set around, but always have a Phillips screwdriver in the car) pieces for uniformity, at a total cost of around $4. Cheers!
