Dremel Recommendation?

Dremel Recommendation?
Trying to get the tips clean. Took over an hour to do one. Imagine a dremel would be much more effective for the nooks and crannies. I used wd40 as the 1st step. Then mothers never dull wadding cloth. Followed by 400 grit sandpaper which did nicely. But the hard to reach areas are less than ideal.
For those of you that use a dremel, which one and which attachments get the job done? Thanks in advance!

I got these on Amazon and use them in my power drill. Work like a champ.

I've had good luck with a Foredom tool and some of their buffing attachments. Much more power than a dremel, but also more expensive. However it can still take a long time to clean up things like exhaust tips. If you want to go fast, I think you need to get in to bench mounted buffers which have a lot more power.

One note... the dremel attachments are pretty short. My tips looked horrendous when I got my car, and I did a lot of steel wool work, and then got these for the detail work. They don't go too far in though. If you are looking for perfection like 3" into the tip, this is not your solution. Mine looked good enough after this that I was happy with them.

For polishing, I've always had good success with Flitz. It is a pretty much non-abrasive compound thst comes as a creamy paste or liquid. There is also a cleaner that is a polish impregnated into cotton. It works well but is more for nooks and crannies that do not require something as excessive as a polishing wheel. The two brands I've used are Nev'r Dull and Extreme. The latter works a little better.

If you have access to even a table top sized soda blaster you can clean these up in 4 minutes. You can turn a regular compressor into a soda blaster for $20.
I did that to mine and they looked like new.

I've used quite a few things but the quickest and easiest I've found is taking a section of 3M green scrub pad with Mothers metal polish. It takes off blacktop and exhaust deposits in just a few seconds. A fresh 3M pad can produce very fine scratches. If you use very little pressure and go with the existing "grain' of the metal this does not happen. If you use a slightly used 3M pad or another brand that is softer it just cleans and doesn't scratch at all.

Mothers foam polishing cone in your drill of choice and Sharkhide metal polish. I've tried the auto parts store polishes, Autosol, and a bunch of others - none come close to the effectiveness and ease of use of the Sharkhide. Check out the refurb on these Cayenne secondary cat bypass pipes.
Both looked like the dirty one when I bought them
Also did some 997 FVD mufflers before selling them which also looked like the cat bypass pipes
Mufflers looked similar to the clamps initially
