Mechanic gave me a full breakdown of what I'll be getting. Here's a summary off the top of my head:

-get the block sleeved with the nikasil 4.0 + pistons, rings
-heads machined
-IMS from LNE
-bearings from LNE
-new gaskets, bolts, hoses, chains, water pump, oil separators
-new plugs, coils

On the list of considerations:
-IPD Plenum
-not sure what else???

Well, that's the plan. I'm excited, but very scared that it will all blow up in my face should things not work out. Not sure what the bore and stroke is, but I believe Jake Raby or Sneaky Pete may know. Not sure if I need new rods yet. My mechanic said that his machine shop will do an assessment to see if the rods got stretched or out of spec. If they are, then I'll need to get new ones I think. But if it's ok, I'll just reuse existing.

I'll share whatever I can and try to document here as complete as possible.

If I recall the bore is 101mm. I'm sure LN can fill in the blanks.

Sneaky Pete - Why are you selling the Comp IPD andGt3 TB, what are you using instead? I thought the larger IPD and GT3 TB would be best for a 4.0?

I found a X51 intake manifold and plenum to replace the IPD. It came with a GT3 TB so now I have 2. The slope keeps getting slipperier.

Arthur......sorry for the temporary derail.
