New wheels are sensational, Dan. Thanks, again, for driving over to breakfast on Saturday so we could get the two "blues" together.

Congrats Dan. The Otto Fuchs look simply awesome on your car.

I was close to pulling the trigger, but black wheels on a silver car just doesn't look right. Too plain or something I can't put my finger on. Silver cars are limiting.

Btw. How close did you come to getting the silver ones and do you notice a difference in driving feel compared to the heavy carerra sport wheels?

The Fuchs give your car a completely different look. Great choice going a little retro.

Fuchs are not period correct for 997 but they sure do look sweet and really complement the flowing line of the car well. I know PAG has reintroduced the 'modernized' 20 in Fuchs for 991, and they are kinda cool, but to my eye, they are missing the deep polished lip that, to me, defines the Fuch look.

Those wheels look great! Very good choice.

I'm pretty sure I'm getting the OEM ones from the Sport Classic for my car in a couple of months. This thread is helping to solidify that decision.
