interesting that the 2 reasons the seller gives for selling after such a short ownership period, is that 1) he can't sell his 993 (I get that),... but the other more important reason seems to be 2) that his kids bicycles cannot sit outside, and thus does not have enough garage room for the 2 cars.

Huh??? ... I am quite sure a outdoor shed could house those bikes just fine.

Tiptronic 997.1 C2 Cab is similar color combo, nicely (but not ridiculously) optioned sold for pretty much that price if you factor in fees and shipping. Surprising to see a .1 auto trans fetch such a high price in the middle of winter.

That, plus a rising tide lifts all boats. IMO the pool of potential buyers for 997’s has grown with all the attention they’ve been getting during this bubble we’re experiencing. It’s a feedback loop... command higher prices, generate more attention, more people list their cars for sale thinking they can get in on the action, more buyers, etc.

Put my 6k mile 997.2 C4S on the marketplace. Lots of extras, immaculate condition with over 2.5 years platinum warranty left. PSE, full leather, PASM sport suspension, SC package, GT3 seats, PPF on entire car, CarPlay, radar/laser jammer, etc. Not cheap but for someone that wants a mint ultra low mile car it is the only one in the country for sale with anywhere near this mileage.
