Default Torque wrench for torque multiplier

I'm pretty sure of the answer, but wanted to do a quick sanity check.

In addition to simplifying the R&R process for the CL wheels, I didn't really want to buy a new torque wrench. I've got a 1/2" Precision Instruments torque wrench that'll do 40-250lb. Correct me if I'm wrong, but this should work just fine with the Armstrong 64-832 torque multiplier (1200 ft lbs, 1/2" input, 3/4" output)?

Set the value on your torque wrench to 1/4 of the desired value.

Another question, the multiplier is accurate to +/- 5%, is this acceptable? Or do I need to buy a 600lb wrench that can check the final torque settings.

I bought the Precision Instruments 600 lb kit. Looks like a quality too. Will use it next week

what is the model number on this set? I want to get this set with the additional breaker bar. The standard set comes with the breaker bar handle right?

Has any one tried the Performance Tool by Wilmar? The same tool is sold by FCP Euro for about $225 but is on sale on Amazon now for $150 ish

at 1/3 of the price of the Precision Instruments, it looks like it might be worth a look and should do the job??
